Editing txt.zzz-Files

Somebody have an idea, how I can edit a txt.zzz file?

This files contains effects for wonders and other visual effects like fireworks.

Well, I'm not going to go into details, but with the next update you will get the solution for your problem. I know, I know, I promised this update for already loooong time, and I am sorry that it is taking so long, but seriously, sooner or later it will be finished and uploaded.
I am thinking about breaking this update into parts, then we can release the part that you need sooner.
