Problems with the b&w Graphics Manager
#11
All files are clean and correct. I reinstalled b&w with patch and crack too and put a frech version of the b&w Graphics manager into the folder. It can't be an error of an corrupt file or installation.

I understand that the problem is in BaW Mod Manager and not your PC... No need to defend yourself Smile
I am just trying to find the exact reason and where to search. Can you please try other things that I suggested? Need to know if any of them has any effect.
1) Try without ddraw.dll
2) Try without "Mods" directory (but with ddraw.dll)
3) Try windowed mode
4) Do you get any error messages when the game crashes?
5) Which resolution did you use when the game crashed? Does it crash when you use 800 x 600?
If CI works with Manager at least sometimes, then BaW should work too. We need to find how they are different.

I allready tried all of the first 3 options.
1) The game run normaly
2) the game doesn't run
3 ) I changed in the b&w file (after the test of 1 and 2) with hexeditor a value for windowed mode and it works. I tried it with the Mod Manager and the game crashed.
4) Only the normal report to microsoft error message.
5) Some resolutions. but ok, I don't tried 800x600....

I have another idea/suggestion. Like I know, CI is based on version 1.10, try this version for B&W too. You already reinstalled the game, so, changing the version should not be a big problem to find the solution.
Also, does windowed mode help CI? Or does it work without it normally too?
You can try also to use a program like IDA to find where exactly the crash happens.
I probably will run out of ideas soon...
