Now i am curious, which programm is this? Or is this part of another tool or a hidden menu?
And how it works with this very big Object distance??
I like to know this, because i am a modder (B&W CI Genesismod, B&W CI Extrasettings and others...)

This is MV, a program for viewing the maps of Black & White. It has no map editing functionality. It can open the maps quickly, though, so at least that is useful.
The objects are drawn at this distance because MV doesn't have any optimizations about the draw distance.
This is a private project, though, I do not intend to publically release it.

By the way, would you like to have your mods at this site?
